How long does shipping take?
Every item is printed to order and ships in 3–5 business days, with delivery typically a few days after that depending on your location. We don't warehouse blanks — nothing gets made until you order it, so it's fresh.
How do the shirts and hoodies fit?
Apparel runs true to size. If you like a relaxed cut, size up. The tees are heavyweight ringspun cotton and the hoodies are fleece-backed and roomy — built to layer.
What's the deal with the color-change mug?
The Arc Flash mug is heat-activated: it sits dark when empty and the design flashes up when you pour something hot in. To keep the effect sharp, hand wash it — the dishwasher will wear the coating down over time.
What's your return policy?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, email us within 30 days and we'll reprint or refund it — no hassle. Because everything is made to order, we can't accept returns for buyer's-remorse or wrong-size orders, so check the size guide before you buy.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes. International shipping times and rates are calculated at checkout. Print times stay the same; transit just takes longer.
Can I get a design on a different product or color?
Maybe — we're a small shop and we read every message. If you want a design on a specific blank or colorway, reach out and we'll see what our print partners can do.

Arc & Iron designs everything in-house and fulfills through vetted US print partners. That's how we keep quality high and get orders out in days, not weeks.
